Angular development on a web application

Teams are generally 6 developers split between web or mobile and service development. This position will focus on the API development.
What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background, etc.)?
Ideal candidate should be well-versed in Angular and javascript. CSS is a plus

Attend regular scrum meetings.
Participate in architecture/design reviews.
Collaborate with web and mobile developers in order to understand APIs etc.
Deliver on time and with quality.
Create and implement patterns.

What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc)
9am - 5 pm CT or ET with some off hours for deployments
Are you open to candidates that would need to be 100% remote for the duration of the engagement?
For the contract duration, yes. If they want to convert to FTE, they would need to have access to one of our locations. I listed MN and NJ as the 2 possible locations, but I would be willing to entertain other states.
