We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Application Developer to join a collaborative, fast-paced technology team supporting internal business operations. This role is ideal for an early-career developer who is eager to build custom, purpose-driven applications and grow their skills across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
In this role, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of in-house applications using modern .NET and web technologies.
You'll work closely with experienced developers, follow established architecture and development standards, and gain hands-on experience with enterprise systems used in real-world operational environments.

Develop and maintain custom internal applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL Server
Follow established development architecture, coding standards, and best practices
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications and integrated systems
Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members in an Agile-style environment
Document application changes, enhancements, and technical processes
Learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies as needed
Manage tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in application or software development (internships and co-op experience welcome)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio
Full stack development experience or exposure, including:
C# / ASP.NET Core
HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
SQL Server, including tables and stored procedures
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly in a technical environment
Nice-to-Have Skills (Assets):
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
ComponentOne or similar UI component libraries
Experience supporting or developing systems used in construction, infrastructure, or industrial environments
