Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Azure.
Familiarity with user experience research methodologies and design thinking.
Certifications in Microsoft O365 and project management are a plus.
Experience in accessibility training and digital strategy development.
