Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience - Minimum five years in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations, or a closely related field, or three years with a Masters degree in a relevant discipline - Deep understanding of business acumen, change management, and negotiation - Proficiency in applied data analysis and financial acumen - Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to manage diverse relationships - Expertise in project management, risk assessment, and process validation - Experience in requirements elicitation and analysis - Preferred: Three years consulting within a large multi-hospital system - Preferred: Three years experience in outpatient/ambulatory service line optimization
Responsibilities:
- Guide learning and development within the team by sharing resources and expertise - Autonomously complete tasks and support business projects with innovative solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective business decisions - Serve as a consultant to ensure alignment among diverse stakeholders for successful project implementation - Develop comprehensive business requirements using various methodologies - Provide insights for developing and implementing business strategies and processes - Contribute to business strategy through defining and evaluating performance metrics - Promote continuous learning by staying updated on industry practices and facilitating training - Manage complex projects by coordinating team resources based on project needs - Engage stakeholders in change management activities to foster a culture of adaptability - Conduct data analyses to support business initiatives and assess performance metrics - Assist in vendor management to ensure compliance with service agreements - Monitor adherence to policies and procedures within work activities
