Requirements
Must have:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical abilities - Creative thinker with the ability to work collaboratively in a team - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Proficiency in problem-solving and understanding customer decision-making processes - Effective verbal and written communication capabilities - Strong multitasking skills - Preferred degree in mechanical or electrical engineering - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Operating System - Familiarity with AutoCAD and SolidWorks is an advantage - Consistent attendance and a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and discipline
Responsibilities:
- Develop technical documentation for proposals and projects - Engage in product and service promotions from both internal and external sources - Generate and manage proposals and sales orders per company guidelines - Enhance and maintain the customer database using CRM software - Collaborate with Operations and Applications teams to ensure timely delivery - Assist in resolving customer issues, problems, or complaints - Continuously expand industry knowledge regarding markets and competitors - Partner in the preparation of technical documents and design drafts as requested by customers, including specifications on materials and quality control procedures - Support the sales and warranty teams effectively - Compile periodic reports and summaries as directed by management - Attend and contribute to company meetings - Perform additional tasks as assigned
