Are you the person who finds peace in a perfectly orchestrated CI/CD pipeline? Do you believe that "manual deployment" is a bug, not a feature?We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Deployment Engineer to own the intersection of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps.
In this role, you aren't just "moving code"—you are the architect of our release integrity. You will manage the pipelines that power our enterprise solutions, ensuring every deployment is secure, automated, and invisible to the end-user.
As our Lead Deployment Engineer, you will be the primary owner of our production release ecosystem.
Own and optimize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines specifically tailored for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Act as the final control point, promoting solutions from UAT to Production while ensuring zero-drift environment consistency.
Manage complex deployments involving Dataverse schemas, Power Automate flows, and Canvas/Model-driven apps using Power Platform Build Tools.
Transition manual configuration steps into repeatable, automated processes using environment variables and connection references.
Build the "safety nets"—developing robust rollback plans and smoke-test protocols to ensure high availability.
3–5+ years in Release Engineering or DevOps, with a deep mastery of Azure DevOps pipelines.
Proven experience deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.
You understand the nuances of Managed vs. Unmanaged solutions, Solution Packager, and NuGet.
Familiarity with Azure identity (Service Principals, Managed Identities) and secret management.
Change Management:You thrive in governed environments and know how to partner with QA and Security teams to cross the finish line.
