Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Philadelphia, PA, for a Project Architect/Project Manager with Preservation Experience and knowledge of AJERA Project Accounting.
Responsibilities include managing architectural projects with a focus on historic preservation, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, leading project designs, overseeing project budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, and integrating technical solutions into architectural plans.
Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a focus on historic preservation and modern functionality
Strong Project Management skills, including ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and communication with various stakeholders
Experience with AJERA Project Accounting or similar project accounting software
Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as it relates to architectural processes and engineering solutions
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to finding creative solutions
Prior experience in historic preservation projects is highly desirable
Professional architecture degree and licensure preferred
Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
