SKILLS Professional degree from an accredited Architectural program is required Architect license is preferred10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of experience managing projects and teams including project budgets staffing and schedulesProven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyExcellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated success in effectively managing clients and key stakeholdersAbility to lead through influence rather than direct authorityCompetency with digital tools including Bluebeam REVIT and MS Office SuiteExperience working in a collaborative hybrid work environment BENEFITS This role offers competitive compensation and is eligible for participation in our comprehensive benefits programs including Medical Dental and Vision InsuranceLife insuranceLong term and short term disabilityEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending Accounts FSAPaid time off & paid vacation LOCATION Hybrid position based in Henderson NVAbility to travel for project requirements as needed
