AI Developer & Project Manager (Open Claw Specialist) - In-Office, Gilbert, AZ

About the Role:We're looking for a versatile AI professional to lead the implementation of Open Claw, our open-source AI agent system, while serving as an administrative assistant and project manager.

You'll develop bots and AI agents, manage project timelines, and work hands-on in our Gilbert office to drive AI integration across business functions (e.g., automation, data insights, and operational efficiency).

This role combines technical expertise, organizational skills, and strategic guidance in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and customize Open Claw on local hardware or VPS, including integrations with messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram), email, calendars, and custom automations.

Build and deploy bots, AI agents, and workflows using LLMs, Python, and related tools.

Serve as project manager:

Scope AI projects, track milestones, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery using methodologies like Agile.

Provide assistant support, including scheduling, document management, and routine administrative tasks.Collaborate in-office to assess business needs, implement AI solutions, train team members, and address security/privacy concerns with local AI setups.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years in AI development, with proficiency in agentic AI, LLMs (e.g., Open AI APIs), Python, Docker, and Git.

Experience with Open Claw or similar platforms for building autonomous agents and custom skills.

Project management background (e.g., PMP certification or tools like Jira/Trello) for overseeing tech initiatives.

Strong organizational and communication skills for assistant responsibilities.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Gilbert/Phoenix area for in-office work.

Bonus:
