Asphalt Roller Operator

Asphalt Roller Operator Needed:

80% Residential 20% Commercial

Duties

Perform daily maintenance of equipment

Inspect equipment for proper operation

Operate roller, break down at correct time, Establish rolling pattern for successful compaction.

Communicate to the rest of the crew if a touch up/repair is needed to asphalt surface.

Load equipment and transport to next location

Assist paving crew with other duties as necessary, raking and tamping etc.

Display a professional attitude towards customers and general public.

Work some Saturdays if needed.

Report to the shop and job site in proper attire and ready to begin work at the designated start time.

Requires Class D Drivers license with medical card.

• Ability to help lift up plate compactor, shovel, rake, etc.

Asphalt experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $39.00 per hour
