JOB SUMMARY Assemble various components involved in a customized refrigerated trailer and body manufacturing process ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assemble pre fabricated material counterbalance assemblies covering and wiring roofing doors shelves etc following verbal or written instructionsDetect and report faulty operations materials and working conditions to supervisorUse safety equipment as instructed Follow safety regulations and company policiesMaintain work area equipment and tools in clean orderly conditionPromote 5S concept of order and housekeepingCross train as requiredPerform other duties as assignedJOB QUALIFICATIONS Working knowledge of hand toolsConstruction and mechanical aptitudeBasic math and various measuring devicesAbility to read and understand a standard 16 scale tape measure as well as blue printsPHYSICAL DEMANDS Physical fitness to perform all functions of designated work areas This includes small tool use full arm and leg range of motion bend stoop kneel climb crouch work in awkward positionsEmployee must be able to regularly lift andor move up to 35 frequently lift andor move up to 50
