PathPoint is seeking a full-time Assistant Program Coordinator to help lead our Integrated Work (IWK) day program in Thousand Oaks, CA 91360. IWK aims to teach vocational, and social skills to adults with developmental disabilities through a mix of work/volunteer sites, in-person classes, and virtual meetings. As the Assistant Program Coordinator, you will ensure the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our services.

- *Schedule: 40 hours per week, Mon- Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm.
- *Starting Pay: $23.25 per hour. The pay range for this position is $22.09- $24.41 an hour (subject to change based on a variety of factors).

- *What You'll Do:**
- *What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field, or equivalent experience or Associates-level degree and at least three years of experience in the developmental disability service delivery system.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Must have a valid California driver's license with at least 5 years driving history, a satisfactory driving record, and be eligible for coverage on PathPoint's auto insurance policy.
