Associate DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a forward-thinking Systems Engineer to help design and maintain the critical IT infrastructure—spanning Cloud, Hybrid, and On-Premise environments—that powers millions of homes and businesses across the East Coast.

• *The Role
• Engineering, documenting, and implementing infrastructure solutions at the component level with a focus on high reliability and secure application hosting.
• Collaborating with architects and project teams to design logical and physical architecture diagrams for enterprise IT systems.
• Supporting the deployment and optimization of cloud and hybrid-cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration across complex real-time operational environments.
• Participating in storm duty and operational support rotations to ensure 24/7 energy delivery and critical system resilience during emergencies.
• Driving innovation through technical specifications and hands-on troubleshooting using logs and advanced monitoring tools to resolve performance issues.
• *What You'll Need
• 2-4 years of professional IT experience in infrastructure design, system administration, or disaster recovery (or 3-6 years of relevant technical experience).
• Proven experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS), Scripting, and Automation to streamline system deployments.
• Technical proficiency in drafting architectural documentation and providing insights for Engineering and Architecture Review Boards.
• Familiarity with network architecture (IP MPLS) and monitoring tools;

  experience with Nokia or Siemens network equipment is a major plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
