Job Title Associate Project Controls Scheduler Shift Evening 2 pm 10pm Location Sanepa Lalitpur Nepal K&A Engineering Consulting is a privately held company providing comprehensive consulting engineering and design programproject management construction management and support services to power utility and industrial clients Specializing in substation transmission distribution distributed energy resources and EPC services we excel in solving complex challenges with precision driven solutions We pride ourselves on employing top talent fostering a culture of excellence and building meaningful relationships with clients and employees Powered By Innovation Passion And Purpose Start your K&A Career We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Project Control to join our team at K&A Engineering in Sanepa Lalitpur In this role you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects that make a real impact in the energy and utility sectors Youll be part of a dynamic people focused team where your expertise ideas and contributions will be valued and celebrated Responsibilities and Duties Project Controls services include but are not limited to the following Process forecasts trends and estimates for large construction projectsImplement project control best practices and process improvementsLead corporate and program wide quality improvement initiativesRespond to cost and schedule data requestsCollaborate with project managers to create and maintain project schedulesAnalyze and control project budgetsGenerate project reportsQualifications and Required Skills Civil Engineering or revalant engineering degree preferredMinimum 2 year of experience in relavent fieldExperience in Project scheduling and project monitoring Experience using Primavera P6 Software Microsoft Project Power BI and Smartsheet will be given priorityProficient in Visio and SchedulingCost Management software ie Primavera P6 and Contract Manager Proficient in Microsoft applications ie Microsoft Excel Access Word PowerPointExtensive experience in ERP schedule planning and management is a plusStrong communication skills oral and writtenAbility to simplify complex technical informationAccurate analysis and decision makingProactive in optimizing organizational effectivenessUnderstanding of project controls linkages to other disciplinesExperience in project controls planning scheduling budgeting change management estimating forecasting trends and EVM
