What are we looking for?

SoftPro is seeking an Associate Software Implementation Manager in our Raleigh, NC office, in a hybrid role This position can also be remote for the candidate with the appropriate skills/experience. The primary role of this position is to enhance our new or prospective customer’s experience with our SoftPro Suite of products that include Select, Standard and Enterprise.

What will I do as an Associate Implementation Manager at SoftPro?

Establish initial contact with new customers to give an overview of the implementation process and to evaluate installation, setup, training, custom document and report requirements as well as ancillary products and services

You will be responsible for the configuration, customization and setup of our software applications for the new customers you are assigned to manage

Provide program walk-throughs

Create and maintain detailed records and project plans of customer discussions and decisions made throughout the implementation process

Provide complete overviews of the configuration and customizations to our trainers prior to your customer being trained

Provide amazing customer service and immediate attention to your customer requests

Hold weekly discovery calls with each of your customers in order to assist with best practices and provide the necessary guidance for a successful deployment

Other duties as assigned

What will I need to be successful as an Associate Implementation Manager at SoftPro?

4+ years experience in the real estate industry, specifically escrow/closing experience

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork

Highly motivated with a sense of urgency

SoftPro software experience preferred (Select and/or Standard or Enterprise)

Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Prior project management experience

Up to 25% US travel required
