About the RoleADET IT Solutions is seeking a high-impact AV professional to represent our company in a formal, one-hour, client-facing presentation in Buffalo, NY.
This role is presentation-driven and sales-oriented, requiring someone who is strong in AV systems design, solution positioning, and executive-level communication.
You will deliver a structured, evaluated presentation and lead the discussion with decision-makers, clearly articulating AV strategy, system design, execution approach, and overall value.
Serve as the primary presenter for a formal one-hour AV solutions presentation
Represent ADET IT Solutions with a polished, confident, executive presence
AV system design and architecture
Enterprise and campus-scale AV environments
Classrooms, lecture halls, auditoriums, and event spaces
AV standards, scalability, and future-ready solutions
Project execution models and service delivery approach
Risk management and continuous improvement strategies
Effectively communicate value, differentiation, and pricing logic
Lead and respond to Q&A with confidence and clarity
Collaborate in advance with internal stakeholders to align messaging, scope, and strategy
5+ years of experience in AV system design, AV solutions engineering, or AV consulting
Strong sales, presentation, and pitch-deck delivery experience
Proven ability to present to executives, procurement teams, or evaluation committees
Professional and enterprise AV systems
AV standards and best practices
End-to-end AV project lifecycle
Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills
Professional, client-facing demeanor
CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certification
Experience supporting or leading RFP presentations
Background with AV integrators, design-build firms, or manufacturers
Familiarity with major AV platforms (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, Shure, etc.)
One-day, on-site engagement
One-hour formal presentation (strict timeline)
High-visibility, performance-evaluated environment
