We're hiring an experienced
AWS Certified Cloud Engineer / Senior Python Software Engineer
to join a cutting-edge team building scalable cloud solutions supporting
Data Engineering, Bioinformatics, and AI-driven applications

1-Year Contract (High likelihood of extension)
What You'll Be Working On
- Design and develop scalable
AWS cloud-native applications
using
Python
.
- Build
serverless and event-driven architectures
leveraging
AWS Lambda, Step Functions, EKS, ECS, S3, SQS, SNS, and ALB
.
- Develop and manage cloud infrastructure using
Terraform
and
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
.
- Build
High-Performance Computing (HPC)
solutions and automation for large-scale scientific workloads.
- Work with
AWS Bedrock, AWS DataZone, GenAI, and RAG
technologies to enhance internal AI-powered chatbot and data discovery solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and scientific teams to build secure, scalable, and production-ready cloud applications while following modern software engineering and CI/CD best practices.
Required Skills
✅ Strong
Python
development experience
✅
AWS Certification
(Developer Associate or equivalent)
✅ AWS services:
Lambda, EKS, ECS, S3, SQS, SNS, Step Functions, ALB
✅
Terraform
& Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
✅ Serverless & Event-Driven Architecture
✅ Production cloud application development
✅ ReactJS & HTML/CSS (basic frontend knowledge)
✅ GitLab CI / CI/CD
✅ Exposure to
AWS Bedrock, DataZone, GenAI, RAG, or AI-powered chatbot solutions
is highly preferred.

Nice to Have
- Experience with
Bioinformatics, Scientific Computing, Data Engineering, or High-Performance Computing (HPC)
.
- Knowledge of
Machine Learning concepts
and AI-assisted development tools.
