• *Role Overview
• *We are looking for an experienced AWS Technical Lead with strong Java and Python development expertise and hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS. The ideal candidate will lead cloud-native development initiatives, guide engineering teams, and ensure scalable, reliable deployments using AWS services and Kubernetes.
• *Key Responsibilities:

• *ead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications using Java and Python.
• *Architect and implement scalable solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• *Manage and optimize application deployment pipelines in AWS environments.
• *Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.

Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to ensure CI/CD automation and infrastructure reliability.

Provide technical leadership and code reviews to development teams.

Ensure best practices around cloud security, performance optimization, and cost management.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure and application issues.

Work closely with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• *Required Qualifications
• *10+ years of software engineering experience.
• *Strong programming experience in Java and Python.
• *Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS, and CloudWatch.
• *Experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes (EKS or other K8s platforms).
• *Experience with containerization technologies (Docker).
• *Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• *Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• *Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor engineering teams.
• *Preferred Qualifications

AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer).

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools in cloud environments.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
