Backend Developer – Go / Python / Java / C++

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Backend Developers with strong programming expertise in Go, Python, Java, and/or C++ . The role involves backend software development as well as evaluating technical and coding outputs generated by AI systems for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and code quality .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services .
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems .
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and production-quality code using Go, Python, Java, and/or C++ .
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code and technical solutions for correctness and quality.
• Identify bugs, logical errors, performance issues, and edge cases in code.
• Evaluate solutions involving algorithms, data structures, APIs, databases, concurrency, and system design .
• Debug and optimize backend applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching systems, and messaging platforms .

Key Requirements

• 3–8 years of professional backend/software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of Go (Golang), Python, Java, or C++ .
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP, and software design principles .
• Experience building APIs, backend services, and microservices .
• Knowledge of distributed systems, concurrency, multithreading, and asynchronous programming .
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases .
• Strong debugging, testing, and code-review skills.
• Familiarity with Git, Linux, and modern software development practices .
• Must be currently based in the United States and eligible for the project.
