Back-end Developer - Python, Node.js

Requirements

Must have:

- Over 10 years of software development experience.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Extensive experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud services (AWS certification preferred).
• Proficient in DevOps tools, UNIX environment, shell scripting, and CRON jobs.
• Familiarity with J2EE application servers like WebSphere and Tomcat.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, particularly Cassandra.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of XML schemas, JIRA, Confluence, Git, and Stash.
• Competence in Oracle SQL/PL-SQL and tools such as SQL Developer, Toad, SoapUI, and XML Spy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate with teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Design, architect, and implement backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cassandra NoSQL.

• Collaborate with data and project managers to ascertain system requirements and business objectives.
• Develop and deploy new systems, address software issues, and enhance performance.
• Engage in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Communicate effectively with external teams and business clients to ensure a superior customer experience.
• Create and maintain design documentation and partake in requirement gathering sessions.
• Manage numerous assignments and deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
