Back-end Developer

Summary

We are seeking a Back-End Developer to support a fast-moving product engineering team. This role will focus on C# back-end development, system integration, and enabling AI/LLM-powered features within modern digital applications. Work will be highly collaborative with a discovery-driven process that rapidly evaluates ideas and iterates based on user validation.

Our development environment is Agile-based and fast-paced (1–2 sprints per week) with work cycles organized in monthly increments. There is a strong emphasis on testing, validation, and refinement. Our team uses modern tooling (GitHub, Copilot).

Work will be back-end focused with front-end teams using React.

Requirements

• Senior-level C# back-end development experience.
• strong Core software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with system design and integration.
• High-level understanding of LLM/AI functionality (no model training required).
• Experience working in complex or data-driven product environments.

This is a 12-24-month hybrid onsite Contract opportunity with our MN client.
