Our product, Haldune E-AAR system, transforms how teams capture lessons learned, maintain institutional knowledge through personnel transitions, and surface actionable insights.
We're building a robust backend infrastructure to support mission-critical defense applications. You'll work in a collaborative 4-person backend team (including our technical co-founders) to implement product feedback quickly, maintain system reliability, and scale our platform for DoD and enterprise clients.
Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
Implement product improvements based on leadership feedback in rapid dev cycles
Collaborate closely with frontend, AI behavior, and QA teams
Ensure system security and compliance with defense industry standards
Participate in bi-weekly team syncs and sprint planning
Strong experience with backend technologies (Python, , or similar)
Database design and management skills (SQL/NoSQL)
Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Security-conscious mindset (defense sector experience a plus, not required)
Collaborative team player who thrives working in pairs
Self-motivated with ability to work through trial periods and prove fit
