- North Shore Massachusetts Employment Type Full Time The NEEDS Center is seeking a dedicated Assistant Clinical Director Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA to oversee and enhance the quality of our residential and center based programs for adults with developmental disabilities with a primary focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder ASD This role provides an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading clinical services and ensuring the delivery of high quality evidence based interventions Key Responsibilities Develop implement and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans for an assigned caseloadConduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans accordinglyProvide training support and feedback to Direct Support Professionals DSPs to help manage challenging behaviors and teach appropriate replacement behaviorsPerform Functional Behavior Assessments FBA and Functional Analyses FA for individuals exhibiting challenging behaviorsAnalyze data to evaluate program effectiveness recommend improvements and ensure continued progressQualifications Masters degree in a related field eg Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Special EducationCurrent BCBA certificationlicense requiredAt least three 2 years of experience in an ABA based setting providing clinical services to individuals with developmental disabilitiesProven experience inConducting functional behavior assessmentsDeveloping and implementing behavior support plansCreating program materials and training staffSupervising direct service providersStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Mac and PC including software such as Excel Word and other program related toolsValid drivers license requiredWhy Join the NEEDS Center We offer a clinically supportive environment where youll collaborate with a team of dedicated BCBAs and supervisors who share your passion for helping individuals thrive In addition to a rewarding career we provide an exceptional benefits package including Comprehensive Health &
