As a Big Data Engineer, you will be part of the Data Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines using Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Python, and Scala.
Implement data ingestion, storage, transformation, and analysis solutions that are scalable, efficient, and reliable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
Optimize and enhance existing data pipelines to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production data pipelines to ensure continuous data flow and integrity.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline with at least five (5) years of relevant experience.
Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, and big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and Trino.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages like Java, Scala, or Python.
Hands-on experience with AI development tools and AI workflow design.
Strong SQL skills, including window functions, joins, and complex queries, with the ability to optimize and troubleshoot SQL code.
