Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Prep Cook/Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities

• Perform food handling tasks in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in catering events, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
• Utilize culinary skills to prepare various dishes while adhering to recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools.
• Operate Cash register and handle tobacco and lottery sales.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards is essential.
• Experience in catering and cash register handling is a plus.
