Your Role as a CNA:

• Provide compassionate care to residents under the guidance of the nurse and alongside your supportive team
• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene
• Promptly respond to resident requests and provide care according to their unique care plans
• Maintain accurate charts and effective communication with your team to ensure the best care outcomes
• Uphold residents' rights and dignity at all times

What You’ll Need:

• A current, active CNA license in Iowa
• A compassionate, kind, and respectful nature with a true servant’s heart
• Experience in nursing care is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
