Cleaning Service Technician - PART TIME Evenings and Saturday mornings

Are you looking for a PART TIME position that offers a flexible work schedule? Must be available between 2:00pm and 10:00pm, Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings. Candidate MUST have valid Driver License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation as employee will drive daily to and from client locations and office periodically, for supplies as needed.

The Cleaning Service Technician (CST) is a self-starting individual with superior communication skills, can follow direction and the ability to problem solve and a positive attitude to support efforts for commercial clients.

The Cleaning Service

Technician will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a minimum of 1 year as a Cleaning Service Technician. The ability to work in a team environment as well as individually taking the initiative to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. This position will cover primarily commercial locations in and around Columbiana County.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Dust, clean and polish: desks, chairs, fixtures, flooring, walls, fittings, etc.

· Dilute chemicals as needed using pre-determined instructions

· Apply necessary chemicals and solvents to surfaces to remove stains, dirt, grease, etc. easily and effectively.

· Comply with all safety policies and procedures that are related to tasks (ie: gloves, ladder safety, etc.)

· Clean using necessary equipment: (ie: floor scrubber, buffer, vacuum, mop, bucket, etc.)

· Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
