Responsibilities include client engagement, hospitality, sales support, and effective communication to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty through the use of CRM tools
Provide tailored product recommendations based on clients' requirements
Achieve monthly sales quota through repeat client business and development of new clients
Identify innovative ways to grow and develop business by focusing on key product pillars
Collaborate with your co-workers to deliver a seamless and outstanding client experience
Elevate in store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.
Client Relations and Customer Service skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, and holidays
Bachelor's or Associate's degree or above required
Must have authorization to work in the United States
Working proficiency in an additional language other than English
Prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry industry, or hospitality
Knowledge or qualifications in luxury watches, jewelry, and/ or hospitality services
Pay range and compensation package The offered pay rate will be based on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
