You'll combine strong administrative skills with relationship-focused support to help clients feel confident and well-supported.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors in our Lancaster office
Support Advisors by preparing client paperwork, reports, and meeting materials
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and confirm appointments
Process account openings, transfers, and service requests accurately and efficiently
Maintain and update client records and documentation in Salesforce
Navigate custodial platforms and clearly explain processes to clients
Proofread and review documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Professionally manage incoming calls and client inquiries
Prepare for and support client meetings, reviews, and local events
Maintain organized, welcoming conference rooms and shared spaces
Collaborate with teammates and provide backup support as needed
Manage mail, shipments, and office supply inventory
Support daily office opening and closing procedures
Maintain calendars, call logs, and meeting reports
Assist with client communications and thoughtful outreach, including sympathy touches
Support local marketing and client engagement events
Contribute to special projects and operational initiatives

Qualifications The Client Services Representative position typically requires the following qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree from accredited college or university preferred
Minimum 2+ years of proven success in a client services/administrative support function in the field of financial services, banking, or insurance
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software
Critical thinking, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Position requires a high level of confidentiality
Team player, collaborative, able to work with and through other

The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $57,000-70,000. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions.
