Client Services Associate

OverviewWe're looking for a Client Services Associate to join our team In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for clients, working closely with our Production team to make sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

You'll help coordinate new projects, manage preflight tasks, enter key details into internal systems, and ensure everything is ready for production.

Descriptio nRespond to client requests for new project initiatives through our centralized technolog yCollaborate with various members of the production team to assess the scope of work and produce cost and timeline estimates for translation projects and request sInitiate all project related work by providing detailed budget, schedule and instructions to the project team and by anticipating pitfalls or potential roadblocks to successful completio nEnsure that any pitfalls are addressed and resolved with the client before being submitted to the production tea mWhere applicable, initiate some project specifics to set the production team/individual project up for succes sTake a proactive role in learning about clients' industry, business needs and company culture, educating the project team, and providing a high level of servic eMonitor and communicate project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets and ultimately produce high quality deliverable sServe as the central point of contact for and liaison between external client contact and internal production staf fSet and fulfill client expectation sComply with all ISO regulations, processes and procedure sPotentially troubleshoot problem project sUnderstand and abide by individual project instructions and effectively communicate to the production tea mInvestigate client complaints where applicabl eDiscuss issues with clients and production staff and creatively problem solve to alleviate issue sComplete any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role as assigned by a manager/superviso r

Required Experience and Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivale ntExperience in customer servi ceExperience building relationships with clients and co-worke rs

Desired Skills and Experienc e:

Knowledge of a second langu ageExperience coordinating projects and assignment of resour ces
