Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Servicing position based in Bellevue, WA, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Client Servicing professional will handle client interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide top-tier customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to client inquiries, managing client accounts, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Building strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication with clients are key priorities of this role.
Strong skills in Client Services and Customer Service
Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and maintain effective Communication with clients
Understanding of Finance with a focus on providing financial solutions to clients
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Experience in the investment management or financial services industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
