- Introduce Robert Half's portfolio of services to clients through video calls, phone interactions, and in-person meetings.
- Build meaningful relationships and trust with key decision-makers and stakeholders within organizations.
- Analyze hiring trends, provide market insights, and offer advisory services to help clients navigate complex organizational initiatives.
- Successfully match client needs to customized solutions, leveraging Robert Half's expertise.
- *Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-focused field; preference given to candidates with finance or accounting backgrounds. A CPA designation or MBA is strongly advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally in accounting, finance, or professional services.
- Proven abilities in negotiation, decision-making, conflict resolution, and relationship-building across organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
