As a Client Solutions Director, you will focus on developing project and business consulting opportunities in key areas such as finance and accounting, human resources, operations, and business systems transformation. This full-time position is geared toward engaging enterprise clients, delivering strategic insights, and connecting them with the resources needed to achieve their goals.
  • *Key Responsibilities:
  • Introduce Robert Half's portfolio of services to clients through video calls, phone interactions, and in-person meetings.
  • Build meaningful relationships and trust with key decision-makers and stakeholders within organizations.
  • Analyze hiring trends, provide market insights, and offer advisory services to help clients navigate complex organizational initiatives.
  • Successfully match client needs to customized solutions, leveraging Robert Half's expertise.
  • *Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-focused field; preference given to candidates with finance or accounting backgrounds. A CPA designation or MBA is strongly advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally in accounting, finance, or professional services.
  • Proven abilities in negotiation, decision-making, conflict resolution, and relationship-building across organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
