This full-time on-site role is located in the Northeast Area. The Client Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Vitalacy's smart sensor and wearable technologies within healthcare facilities.
Daily responsibilities include configuring devices, ensuring systems operate effectively, performing regular checks and maintenance, and providing on-site and remote support to resolve technical issues.
Collaboration with clients, process optimization, and ensuring timely updates and enhancements to the system are also key tasks.
Technical skills including device installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and ability to ensure network connectivity and system integration
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
Experience in healthcare technology, IoT devices, or related fields is a plus
Ability to work independently on-site and support remote clients when necessary An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Adaptability and willingness to travel locally within the Northeast Area
$65 - $75K DOE
