u¨ Deep expertise in cloud services architecture, presales, delivery, and operational excellence.
u¨ Provide expert level support for strategic ongoing and new client initiatives.
u¨ Assist in the development of robust cloud offerings that go beyond IaaS and bring holistic solutions across they key focus areas of our strategic objectives u¨ Design and optimize cloud strategies for the cost-effective delivery of scalable and reliable systems u¨ Create, grow, mentor, and participate in key cloud teams across the company u¨ Capturing activities from customer meetings to proposal development to ensure the growth of the cloud practice in support of company and customer strategic initiatives u¨ Work with Security and Network experts to mitigate risks presented by cloud computing.
u¨ Provide guidance and best practices on cloud cost optimization, storage, workloads and stability.
u¨ Develop architecture for private, public and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services.
u¨ Keeps abreast with technology trends, implements and shares with peers and team members.
u¨ Maintain technology solutions and services in support of the corporate objectives on a robust and cost effective software platform for the customers u¨ Working closely with application, network, and security teams to ensure requirements are reflected appropriately in the Cloud design u¨ Sound Knowledge of Cloud Providers e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform is required u¨ Exposure and good understanding in core tenants to be considered when designing, developing & deploying to a Cloud. Confident enough to leverage Cloud Platforms.
u¨ Good Understanding on how to get started on Cloud Platforms.
u¨ Able to identify the appropriate Cloud Platform products to use for popular architectural patterns.
u¨ Good understanding on managing applications at scale and how Cloud could address each of the problems faced u¨ Must possess customer facing skills that will allow them to represent TCS well within a solution provider's environment as well as directly to our customers u¨ Drive discussions with senior personnel with the customer and possess a technical background that enables them to easily interact with and give guidance to software developers and architects u¨ Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure, experience building High-Availability or High Traffic infrastructure u¨ Demonstrate 4-6 years of implementation/consulting experience in Public cloud solutions u¨ Understanding of application, server, storage and network security u¨ Working knowledge of Python, Powershell, Puppet, Terraform, Devops and CI/CD pipeline u¨ Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations u¨ Industry certifications in Azure/AWS cloud technologies
