Role OverviewWe are seeking a Cloud Data Engineer to build and support modern, cloud-native applications, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
You'll work closely with OIM (Office of Information Management) under guidance from SEAT (Solutions Engineering & Architecture Team) to design scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions.
This role also supports the Data Management team, explores emerging data technologies, and contributes to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Design and support cloud-native data solutions
Enable secure data transmission across platforms
Collaborate with architecture and data teams
Stay current with emerging cloud & data technologies
Document solutions and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years – Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
4+ years – Azure App Service, AKS, Functions, Storage, Databases
3+ years – Docker, Kubernetes
3+ years – C#, Java, Python, Go,
3+ years – Azure DevOps, GitLab
3+ years – IAM, Data Protection, Cloud Security Best Practices
3+ years – SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL Databases
3+ years – Agile Methodologies, DevOps Practices
4+ years – Communication, Problem Solving & Collaboration
