• *About the Role**

We are working with a growing technology team in search of a Cloud Engineer I. This role focuses on supporting and managing cloud-based infrastructure across multiple platforms, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud environments are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance, while supporting internal and client-facing systems.

• *Key Responsibilities
• Monitor, support, and optimize cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and security issues in cloud infrastructure
• Support cloud-based servers, Active Directory/EntraID, and related network services
• Provision, decommission, and scale cloud resources as needed
• Provide escalated support to internal teams and service desk personnel
• Implement new cloud technologies and integrate them into existing workflows
• *Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 3+ years of experience managing enterprise cloud environments, preferably in Azure
• Strong understanding of cloud security, backup/recovery strategies, and high-availability systems
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting server and database resource issues (CPU, memory, I/O, storage)
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and adherence to standards
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, and Windows Authentication
• Understanding of network protocols (DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SFTP) and TCP/IP routing/subnetting
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Exposure to AWS and GCP preferred
• Experience with Cisco Meraki networking equipment preferred
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AZ-900+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Associate Cloud Engineer) are a plus

• Working in multi-cloud environments
• Deploying cloud solutions and integrating them into production
• Supporting enterprise IT systems and internal stakeholders
