Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid position, at least 2 days in office)
Duration: 6+ Months (possibility of extension)
$ 34/hour - $ 36/hour.
Install and configure software and hardware.
Manage network servers and technology tools.
Set up accounts and workstations.
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
Troubleshoot issues and outages.
Ensure security through access controls and backups.
Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
Resolve client and personnel IT queries remotely via email and phone, or at the office.
Prioritize and resolve IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders.
Making recommendations to optimize IT performance and to prevent future problems.
Build an internal technical documentation, manuals, IT policies and end-user guidance.
At least three years of experience as a System Administrator and End-User Support
Experience with networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and platforms
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus.
Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) and task management software.
