• Safety safety audits to ensure contractors are compliant with Duke Energy safe work practicesEnsure pre job briefings or observations are being effectively usedMonitor crew productivityValidate crew timesheets for T&E Time &
• Equipment work upon requestReport all safety and environmental incidents immediately to local Duke Energy representative per Duke Energy safe work practicesPerform and document on going QA inspections during construction to ensure job specifications are being metValidate units completed for invoicingSupport project documentation and as built drawings are completed and submitted to the correct departmentsProvide feedback on contractor performanceProvide status reports as neededEnsure coordination of outages with customer contractor local operating personnel and System Controlling AuthorityConstantly evaluates risk present in projects assignedMay be responsible for managing multiple projectsQualifications and Required Skills Prior knowledge or experience in a Transmission Construction andor Maintenance organizationFamiliarity with regulatory requirements applicable to the position NERC EPC State utility regulators etcWorking knowledge of ResourceWork Management principlesWorking knowledge of workforce resourcing and contract administrationQualified to obtain the ability to hold a Clearance or Hot Line tag on Duke Energys systemExperience performing H&S safety observationsPay Range 50006000hour Why Join K&A People First Culture We put our people at the center of everything we do creating an environment where your professional and personal growth is a top priority Innovation &
