ABOUT US MOREgroup is a family of architecture design and engineering brands that serve civic education and healthcare practice areas The facilities we bring to life are places where communities are cared for educated protected and connected We are proud to contribute to a strong social infrastructure where generations thrive Some of the things you can expect working at MOREgroup Contributing to a fun energetic and entrepreneurial team within a growing companyTraining and development opportunities to support career growthHigh level of autonomy with exposure to a variety of areasMORE opportunities and MORE resources to impact the communities we collectively serve POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Construction Observer to join our team This role is responsible for construction activities and consistent compliance with contract documents applicable codes and standards of practice across multiple projects The Construction Observer also serves as a key liaison between the project manager client contractors and project teams RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as resource and liaison between owners architects consultants and contractorsAssist with identification and resolution of construction related issues throughout the project lifecycleResponsible for managing post contract AIA documents including change orders substantial completions and construction change directivesReview submittal data including drawings product data and mock ups and confirm constructability during construction document phaseAttend owner architect contractor OAC meetings and conduct weekly site visitsPrepare and submit weekly field observations reportsTrack and respond to Requests for Information RFI and Requests for Proposals RFPDocument and file job related information include correspondence test reports and drawingsProduce clear accurate and concise meeting minutesTrack log and verify payment applicationsMonitor project expenditures and budget QUALIFICATIONS &
