Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including P&L oversight
Collaborate with engineers on project billing and ensure accurate data flow into accounting
Monitor cash flow and project financial needs for various initiatives.
Handle month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with terms and conditions to maintain cash neutrality or positivity
Work alongside ownership to provide cash flow analysis and support business growth
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with estimators and stakeholders
Experience in construction accounting and project accounting, particularly with WIP
3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred, with a focus on practical knowledge over formal education
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups
Willingness to work onsite and adapt to flexible hours as needed
Accounting degree or a related qualification is highly preferred.
Ability to contribute innovative ideas for organizational improvement is preferred
Experience in building out cash flow for projects preferred
