Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, FP&A, and ERP systems
Collaborative and adaptable with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to problem-solving.
$140-165k base, plus bonus
