CyberCodersWe are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The Controller will play a key role in managing the accounting team, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls.
Prepare budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance against targets.
Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with operational goals.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or CMA certification a big plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller or senior accounting role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
Experience in Real Estate, Property Management, or Property Management Accounting is a plus.
