Controller Consulting Full Time Oklahoma City OK 110k 150k Benefits Permanent Opportunity NOW CFO is a premier consulting firm that has been delivering tailored accounting solutions to businesses nationwide since 2005 Our consultants work hands on with clients providing the financial expertise and strategic insight needed to help businesses thrive We are collaborative growth minded and passionate about making a measurable impact We are seeking a Controller to join our consulting team as a full time permanent hire in Oklahoma City This is an exciting opportunity for a driven accounting leader who thrives on problem solving guiding businesses and building strong financial foundations As a Controller at NOW CFO youll bring more than just technical skills youll act as a trusted advisor helping clients mitigate risk improve profitability and make informed business decisions What Youll Do Lead and oversee day to day accounting operations including AR AP GL and payroll Manage key accounting functions such as job costing WIP inventory and revenue recognition Establish and maintain internal controls budgets and performance metrics Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting Own the month end and year end close processes Standardize systems and processes to drive efficiency Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations Partner with leadership to guide financial decision making Mentor and develop accounting staff Champion positive change and continuous improvement What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance Strong knowledge of GAAP and full cycle accounting Background in consulting or audit preferred Experience leading or managing accounting teams preferred Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software NOW CFO is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer IND3
