We are seeking a full-time, on-site Controller to join our team in Mystic, CT. The Controller will oversee the financial operations of the company, including managing budgets, financial planning, and reporting.
Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, maintaining compliance with regulations, analyzing financial data, and offering insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to ensure strong financial health and operational efficiency.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Expertise in financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in financial analysis and the ability to provide actionable insights
Effective organizational skills to manage multiple financial projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills for collaboration with leadership and other teams
Proficiency in accounting software and systems
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or advanced degree preferred)
Experience in a digital marketing or creative agency environment is a plus
