Role Overview:
We are hiring Creative Applications Experts to teach AI how to interpret and produce complex creative software workflows. As a domain expert, you will create rigorous application prompts, evaluate model outputs for technical and creative accuracy, and ensure frontier AI adheres to the highest standards of creative software craft — all on a fully remote,
flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the technical and creative quality of application-specific content produced by AI models
- Craft challenging prompts and write expert-level references across creative software applications
- Evaluate and rank AI-generated outputs for craft, technical accuracy, and workflow efficiency
- Review and correct AI-generated production reasoning for tool-specific and creative accuracy
- Provide clear, precise written feedback on creative application workflows and methodology
- Collaborate with domain expert communities to maintain quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or 5+ years of professional experience in creative applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Blender, DaVinci, Pro Tools, or similar)
- Portfolio or demonstrable track record in professional creative software work
- Ability to write clearly and precisely about creative software concepts in fluent English
- Strong technical judgment and attention to workflow and aesthetic detail
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
- Familiarity with industry-standard creative applications, formats, and production pipelines
