StanCraft Jet Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for private aircraft owners, passengers, and flight crews from around the world.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help ensure every customer receives the high level of service StanCraft Jet Center is known for by:
- Welcoming customers, passengers, and flight crews with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
- Coordinating customer requests in person, over the phone, by email, and via aircraft radio communications.
- Arranging hotel accommodations, rental cars, catering, ground transportation, and other concierge services.
- Providing recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities.
- Processing customer invoices and sales transactions accurately.
- Monitoring aircraft communications and coordinating arrivals and departures.
- Assisting customers with luggage when needed.
- Building lasting relationships through exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Promoting additional services that enhance the customer experience.
- Communicating effectively with Line Service personnel to ensure seamless aircraft support.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk and customer lobby.
- Following all company safety procedures and operating company vehicles safely when required.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Hospitality, hotel, aviation, or luxury service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to learn aviation radio terminology, military time, and company operating procedures.
- Ability to complete required NATA Safety 1st and company training.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and participate in required testing.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Occasionally assist with customer luggage and supplies (up to 25 lbs.).
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles around aircraft.
