The Role
- Lead and enhance Uline's comprehensive pricing strategy in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Manage and develop the pricing analytics team, significantly improving reporting and analysis capabilities using BI tools.
- Deliver actionable insights to senior leaders, facilitating critical decision-making in quarterly pricing steering committee meetings.
- Direct cross-functional projects with Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, Inside Sales, and Executive Operations.
- Mentor analysts on advanced sales quoting data analysis and support proprietary software management.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in Operations, Finance, Pricing, or Sales, including proven team management and development.
- Expertise in complex data interpretation and insights generation using tools like SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior leaders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of implementing effective discounting strategies.
