The Role
- Analyze data to extract and define relevant information, interpreting trends for strategic decision-making.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership concerning production and product offerings.
- Perform complex statistical analysis on banking and financial data to identify insights related to programs, products, and services.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and automate data analysis processes and databases.
- Establish and refine reporting methods and procedures to enhance report content and completeness.
- Develop comprehensive reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with various software applications including spreadsheets, databases, and statistical packages.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in integrating automation and troubleshooting data processes.
- Strong understanding of reporting and data management best practices.
