Job description

  • *Sr. HR Data Analytics**
We're working with a global leader in clean energy and sustainable food solutions on this exciting opportunity.

Fuel the transition to a sustainable future by transforming raw people data into strategic insights. We are looking for a data-driven Senior Analyst to lead global HR analytics, leveraging tools like Workday, Power BI, and Tableau to drive high-impact decision-making across eight international manufacturing complexes.

  • *The Role
  • Extract and model high-dimensional data to solve complex business problems using advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to visualize key HR metrics and global workforce trends.
  • Partner directly with HR leadership and Finance to lead annual headcount planning and budget analysis.
  • Proactively identify process improvements within Workday and other HRIS platforms to enhance data quality and self-service capabilities.
  • Act as an internal consultant, upskilling HR staff on data literacy and the use of modern analytics tools.
  • *What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Data Analytics within a complex, global organization.
  • Deep technical expertise in Workday (preferred) or similar enterprise HRIS platforms.
  • Proven proficiency in Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Microsoft Excel (modeling, macros, complex formulas).
  • Strong background in statistical analysis, algorithm development, or predictive modeling to drive business performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR, or a related quantitative field; advanced certifications are a major plus.
