Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Analyze complex structured and unstructured data to derive meaningful insights and solve challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data ingestion from various sources.
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports to communicate findings to senior leadership.

What You'll Need

• Experience with data exploration, cleaning, visualization, and building reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python (including Pandas, NumPy, SQL, ETL/ELT).
• Experience with automation tools like Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate).
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and brief senior leaders.
